As many times as I've thought of starting a business based on food, such as baking, I never had the self confidence to actually do it. You did! And you're doing a great job with it, in addition to holding down another full time job. Another thing I've always wanted to do, but never quite got around to, is quilting, and here you are, stitching one by hand! Amazing! <BR/><BR/>I'm so proud of all you've accomplished for yourself, and how you push yourself to learn more, do more, and experience more!
