So, I wasn't kidding about the school thing. I registered for classes this morning, and I'm so excited I could pee my pants! Classes are as follows:
Pastry Orientation
Breads 1
Cookies 1
Cakes 1
Pies
French Pastry 1
Sanitation
Nutrition
French Pastry 1....it just sounds awesome, no?
