Unexpected

Calm can be a funny thing. We convince ourselves that it's the reaction we want, but it has the ability to make things feel worse.

That is my secret to good customer service. Just remain relaxed and calm, and that way the customer will have a hard time yelling at you. Like a duck

we may convince ourselves we want calm, we may even believe we are calm but more often than not the truth is thoughts are racing and inner voices scream and cry.

Wearing a mask of calm does not a calm mind make. True stillness will neither make trouble or fix it... it only gives you the chance to take a look around and get a clearer picture of the road before moving on.

I really hope you find your calm.

Don't you love anonymous comments? I like to think that calm is life's way of alerting you shit hitting the fan or something fantastic happening, or both.
