The bakery is open! Our soft open was today, and it was quite the success! I had school during the early afternoon, so I wasn't at the bakery to help out until 2pm, but from the sounds of things, we had several rushes and put out a lot of product!

Hi Kim, thanks for the lovely suggestion on my blog - would love, love, love one of those bench top dishwashers but since I have only 1/2 sq metre of benchtop (which also includes a kettle, toaster and mixer) I have no room. I'm holding out for our new kitchen we are going to put in next year:) Love your blog and congrats on the bakery...best of luck!! (have added you to my google reader:)
